Haha! Isn't it great? I was the only one in our family (Tom and 4 kids) who didn't play...it just never took! Mostly it was great...sometimes I had to leave the house😆now with grandkids playing or sampling Tom's collection of instruments...I still have to leave!
Lovely, thank you. When my eldest was still in the womb, I'd play guitar for him (and my wife). Nothing fancy, just Young, Dylan, or some blues. Today, at 27, he's a multi-instrumentalist in a band with two studio albums and regular gigs throughout the PNW. I, of course, take all the credit.😅😊😂
Makes me think of walking the block while my five -year old son had his 7 a.m. violin lessons. Today he's a dedicated teacher of music. Watching his development has given me so much joy.
Beautiful.
Thank you. It has been a music filled week. I had to write about it somehow
And why did this make me tear up, Shemaiah? I can just picture the boys in their music 'zones.' Such a sweet story!
I love to make you cry!! 😿
What a joy-filled post! Mark Lajoie approves….
Mark approved! We must get a stamp !
A “Mark marked this” stamp would be remarkable….
heehee
You took me back to my days living in Mexico, a pleasant memory. 🥰
I think I know your soundtrack for today
Love it when music fills the house…
