Do you spin?

I’m certain that is not the word for it, but I don’t know how to explain it any other way.

It’s when you hyper-focus on something that is not quite right, until you blow it out of proportion.  Then you call two or two dozen of your closest friends to tell them all about this injustice, until it becomes A THING. And it is all you can think about. You must solve this THING. The THING becomes your identity.  It becomes who you are.
